Service notice · How to interpret CSRadar findings
Service Disclaimer
This notice explains how to interpret player intelligence data, account-correlation rankings, risk estimates, and match telemetry produced by CSRadar. The Terms of Service govern account and service use. Nothing in this notice waives a right or claim that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Effective Date: 11 October 2026 · Version 2.3
1. Heuristic Nature of Intelligence: Not a Factual Verdict
Every finding, correlation score, integrity indicator, and risk tier (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CERTAIN) displayed on CSRadar represents a probabilistic, algorithmic signal that may use public Steam or FACEIT information and match demo telemetry submitted for analysis. Under no circumstances do findings constitute a definitive factual verdict, verified identity proof, or formal accusation of cheating, fraud, or terms-of-service violations.
Algorithmic and Observational Limitations
Public network overlap (such as shared internet cafes, college dormitories, dynamic IP pooling, family sharing, or overlapping clan and community groups) can produce false-positive similarity signals. Missing data is treated as unavailable, not as proof of concealment. Every user is expected to treat CSRadar outputs as investigative starting points rather than conclusive facts.
2. Use of findings and user conduct
CSRadar reports are uncertain signals and do not establish identity, cheating, fraud, or a platform rule violation. Use the Terms of Service for binding rules about service access and user conduct.
- Prohibition of Harassment and Doxxing: You agree not to use CSRadar findings to harass, threaten, dox, defame, or incite online hostility against any player, creator, or team.
- No proof or verdict: Findings are not verified identity evidence, certified legal proof, or an official platform or tournament decision.
- Rights are preserved: This service does not ask users or data subjects to waive statutory rights or claims. Applicable law governs any dispute about a report or the service.
3. Trademark Independence and Non-Affiliation
Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, CS2, CS:GO, Steam, VAC, and the Steam and Valve logos are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the United States and other jurisdictions. FACEIT and the FACEIT logo are registered trademarks of FACEIT Ltd.
CSRadar is an independent community intelligence service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or FACEIT. Neither entity has reviewed, verified, or endorsed any metric or correlation produced on this website.
4. Limitation of Liability and “As-Is” Provision
The service is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither CSRadar nor its individual operators, contributors, or technical hosting providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of in-game inventory, tournament disqualification, or reputational loss) resulting from your access to or reliance on data provided through the service.
